Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the individual operator of WebTechtic (“we”), based in Pakistan, handles personal data when you use Vantro at store.webtechtic.com.
1. Who this covers
- Account holders — shop owners and staff who sign in to Vantro.
- End customers of a shop — names, phones, and order details that a shop types into Vantro. That shop is the controller of their customer data; we process it to host the software.
2. What we collect
- Account email, business name, password (stored by our auth provider, hashed), role, and optional staff names/PINs.
- Shop operational data you choose to enter: items, orders, receipts, customers, payments recorded in the till, reports.
- Technical logs: IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security and debugging.
- Billing identity and card details are collected by Paddle, not stored on our servers. Paddle’s privacy policy applies to checkout.
3. Why we use it
To create and secure your account, provide Vantro, send service emails (verification, password reset, subscription notices), improve reliability, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.
4. Processors
We use trusted processors, including Google Firebase (authentication and database), Cloudflare (hosting and CDN), and Paddle (payments and tax). They only process data to provide their service to us.
5. Retention
We keep account and shop data while the account exists. After you ask us to close an account, we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period unless we must keep records for tax, dispute, or legal reasons. Paddle keeps payment records as required of a merchant of record.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including UAE and Pakistan), you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you as an account holder. Email support@webtechtic.com. Shop customers should contact the shop that took their order first — that shop controls their till records.
7. Cookies
Vantro uses essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember the app version. We do not use advertising trackers on the product.
8. Children
Vantro is for businesses, not for children under 16.
